1. Delayed Delivery during Sale & New Brand Arrival
There will probably be delays in delivery during Sale & New Brand Arrival which takes 2-3 business days or more after placing ordersas the volume of orders increases from the non-sale period.

2. How much is shipping fee?
FREE!! As long as your order with total price above 499 baht (after deducting discounts/credits). Orders under 499 baht will incur a shipping fee of 50 baht.

• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays.
• Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and inconvenient weather conditions.

3. When do we deliver?
We deliver Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM Thailand time (except weekends & Holidays).
We are unable to deliver to any other shipping address which doesn’t match the one when placing, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

4. How many days is the shipment process?
Sabai-arom Thailand delivers all orders placed with successful payment before12 PM on the same business day. Please note that the delivery within Bangkok and vicinity will be handed the next day and 2-3 business days for upcountry. If you are not able to place the order by 12 PM of that day, we will process the delivery the day after.
** During busy sales periods, delivery may take up to 2 or more business days.

5. Do you offer Same-Day Delivery?
We do Not provide this kind of service in this moment.

6. Do we provideMessenger Delivery?
We do Not provide this kind of service in this moment.
The Delivery Procedures are as follows:
1. The Customer Service Department prepares a delivery and issue invoice for the all orders placed with successful payment before 12 PM
on that day.
2. Sabai-arom Thailand delivers orders to Kerry Express/Alphafast before 4 PM.
3. Customer receives a shipment notification e-mail, including a tracking number.
4. Kerry Express/Alphafast delivers the package to the desired address.
5. If the customer wishes to use COD, please make sure that the telephone number given to us is correct in order to allow Kerry Express/Alphafast contact the customer upon parcel delivery.
