Gifts vouchers purchased online can only be used for purchasing online. On the other hand, those
purchased in store can only be used the same way.

How to make a payment via each payment channel

1) Credit Card ( Click 2C2P PAYMENT ) Fill in all necessary information required then click confirm. The OTP (One Time Password) may be required and sent to you via mobile no. registered with bank for cardholder authentication verification to successfully pay. In case this is yet deactivated, contact your bank for activation (all online transactions need the ultimate security) If the order is successful, you will be redirected to confirm order page and the confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
2) Counter Payments, ATM Payments and iBanking (Click 2C2P PAYMENT ) : Fill in all necessary information required then clicks “Confirm” and views the Payment Form screen (instructions also sent via e-mail) Order confirmation email follows.
3) PayPal: Customer gets redirected to the PayPal account page and inputs the credentials. Customer finalizes payment. If the order is successful, you will be redirected to confirm order page and the confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
4) Cash On Delivery: Customer clicks “Confirm” and reaches the “Order Confirmation” page. Order confirmation email follows.

Is payment via Cash On Delivery safe?

Your security is very important to us. We work closely with our delivery team to ensure Cash On
Delivery orders are safe. You will be required to sign an invoice upon delivery, which will confirm
and ensure the collection of your cash.

Is it essential to have Paypal account to pay via Paypal?

Not at all! You can make a payment though having only credit/debit card without Paypal account.
Once you are redirected to Paypal website, there will be 2 alternatives of payment listed below;
• Pay with my Paypal account
• Pay with my debit or credit card

I want to change the payment channel for my placed order

Unfortunately, the system is currently not capable of providing such service. Therefore, please
make sure you are able to make a payment via your desired channel.
Should you wish to change to any other available channels; PayPal, Counter Service, Bank
Counter, ATM and I-Banking, you can alter yourself for all orders with pending payment by
selecting “My Order” tab in your account, choosing the order you wish to alter its payment
channel. Then click “Retry Payment” and pick the new channel as you wish.
In order to change to make a payment using the same payment gateway service provider,
123service, which offers several payment points; Counter Service, Bank Counter, ATM, and I-
Banking, please follow the payment instructions mentioned in email of payment form. Regularly,
the reference no. 1 and no. 2 are always required.

Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?

Most payments are processed immediately (credit/debit cards, Cash On Delivery, Paypal). Once
the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. For other
payment channels 2C2P(123service) the order status will be Pending for payment within 48 hrs
after placing and we then process it after payment received.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at Sabai-arom
Thailand Contact-Us or or 02 372 2468 from 9.00 AM to 5.30
PM (Mondays – Fridays) and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

How can I get Refund after I no longer want paid products?

In case you wish to cancel orders which already paid or return products which are valid for return
policy within 14 days after delivery date to get refund, the reimbursement will be initiated and
getting back to you via the same payment method you used at the purchase time (for return,
after QC approval) as follows;

  • Pay by Credit or Debit card, we will refund back to your same card used.

1) For Credit, the process takes 4-7 days to post reimbursement back into your card. Once
time frame is fulfilled, please contact your card issuing bank to check.
2) For Debit, the process takes 30-45 days to post reimbursement back into your account.
Once time frame is fulfilled, please contact your account issuing bank to check.

  • Pay by PayPal, we will refund to your PayPal account after getting account details. Theprocess takes 3-4 weeks.
  • Pay by Cash, Counter Service, Bank counter, ATM, & Internet Banking, We will refund
    through your bank account details provided. The process takes 3-4 weeks.

your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We will be glad to exchange your item or refund
the full price upon the damage and faulty of product if you choose to return it within
14 days of delivery with specific terms as follows:

  • The product must be of its originaland re-saleable conditions.
  • Unused, unopened and still in the original packaging
  • The gift set or compilation must be returned as a whole.
  • For a full refund on products with a free gift, please return both or your refund will not be processed.
  • The products should be returned to Sabai-arom within 14 days of the order date

Then, follow these easy steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s
  • Send the photo to with your order reference number.
  • Specify your reason/s of returning or refunding.
  • Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition in order for us to process your refund).

Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product.
We will send you a pre-paid postal label to use when returning the item to us.
Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your
new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will
be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification
will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for
the refund to process.
