HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON SABAI-AROM WEBSITE?

  • Go to Top Menu and select “Category” / “Collection”/ “Gift”
  • Click “Add to Cart” button directly on the item that you wish to purchase OR Click on the Item name to read more information about the products and “Add to Cart”
  • To review the items in your shopping bag, click the “Shopping Bag” located at the top-right menu. 
  • You will need to Register or Log-in to proceed the orders and follow below steps:
    1. MY BAG:
      • You can edit the quantity of your purchase or remove the items 
      • Select your shipping destination to find out about shipping fees
      • If you have an applicable Coupon Code, enter it here and click “Apply Coupon”.  The total price will be updated with the discount.
      • If you are OK with your selections, click “Next” to proceed
    2. SHIPPING:
      • Enter your shipping details.  “Billing address” is the address that will be printed on your invoice, while “Shipping address” is the address that the products will be shipped to. 
      • Click “Next” to proceed
    3. CONFIRM ORDER:
      • Review your order once again, edit if necessary
      • Select the Payment Method (PAYPAL or 2C2P)
      • Tick the box “I have read Sabai-Arom’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy”
      • Click “Place Order”, the page will re-direct you to 3rd Party Payment Secured Website (PAYPAL or 2C2P)
    4. PAYMENT
      • In PAYPAL or 2C2P Page, select the payment options that you preferred
      • Enter the details of your credit cards, debit payments or Bank transfers
      • Click confirm and there will be a confirmation notification sent to your E-mail. 

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ON-LINE ACCOUNT TO PLACE MY ORDER?

  • Yes, you will need to Register an account with Sabai-Arom in order to proceed to order with us.

WILL I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

  • Yes, an Order Confirmation will be sent to your registered E-mail once the payment is completed.  Please also check your Inbox as well as your Junk mail box, just in case! 
  • You can also find the Order Confirmation Number when you log-in to your account, under “Orders”.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • You can cancel your order if the payment has not been made. 
  • However, if the order is paid and confirmed, you will not be able to cancel that order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

  • Please click on “Forget password?” on the Log-in page. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?

  • Orders are confirmed immediately once payment is received depending on payment method selected.

WHY DOES MY ORDER STATUS SHOW “PAYMENT PENDING”? SHOULD I CREATE A NEW ORDER?

  • If Payments are successfully made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PAYPAL, On-line Bank transfers, the orders are processed immediately and you should not get the status “PAYMENT PENDING”. 
  • Status “PAYMENT PENDING” means the order has been received but payment has not been made yet.  This usually happens if you select payment channels such as Bank Counters and Counter Services.  We will hold your orders in “PAYMENT PENDING” for 48 hours, once you have made the payment at the counters, the orders will be processed.  If you did not make the payment within 48 hours, we will cancel your orders. 
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us in Contact Us or CustomerService@Sabai-Arom.com or +662-372-2468 from 9.00AM-5.30PM (Monday-Friday).  Do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP AT SABAI-AROM.COM?

  • Sabai-Arom ensures safeness, security and privacy of your online happiness shopping experience.  Your personal information is kept secured and private during the entire check out process with SSL SERVICE (Socket Secure Layer). 
  • We NEVER share nor sell your personal details to any third parties. 
  • We do NOT collect your credit card information.  Upon purchasing you will be redirected to well-known and secured 3rd Parties site (PAYPAL and 2C2P).  You will be asked to enter One-Time-Password (OTP) by the banks to further enhance your on-line shopping security.

is it a-must to have paypal account to pay via paypal?

  • Not at all! You can make payments through PAYPAL using Credit or Debit Cards without having a PAYPAL Account.  Once you are redirected to PAYPAL Website, there will be 2 alternatives of payment listed below:
    • Pay with my PAYPAL Account
    • Pay with my debit or credit card

Important notes:

  • Please see countries that we ship internationally here (Click and hyperlink to list of countries)
  • Your orders will start shipment process once the payments are successfully made.
  • The shipment process will be done within business days, delivery services are closed on Weekends and National Holidays.
  • Shipping period may vary upon destination address and country.
  • Import taxes:
    • Import taxes and duties will be charged to the recipient upon the destination country, Sabai-Arom will not be responsible for these charges.
    • If the recipient declined to receive the package nor pay for the taxes and duties, Sabai-Arom reserves the rights to refuses the return or refund requests.

Can I return Sabai-Arom products after purchased from sabai-arom.com?

  • We accept returns if the products are returned to Sabai-Arom within 14 days after received.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unopened and with original packaging and it must pass Sabai-Arom’s QC approval before refund can be processed. 
  • Once QC approved the refund, we will refund you via the same payment method you purchased the items, the processing time of returning the money to you differs as follow:
    • Credit card refund = 4-7 days
    • Debit card refund = 30-45 days
    • Paypal = 21-30 days
    • Counter Service, Bank Counter ATM, Internet Banking = 21-30 days
  • You will be responsible for arranging the returned items to Sabai-Arom, and for any costs incurred.  We strongly recommend that you us Thai Post, FedEx or DHL, as we are not responsible for lost items.  International customs duties and sales tax will NOT be refunded for International shipments.

Can I exchange for alternative items?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges for alternative items once the orders are already paid for. 
  • However, we do accept exchange for an identical item if the products are damaged due to manufacturer’s fault.  In this case, you must notify Sabai-Arom right away with clear photos after received the item and return the faulty item within 14 days.   
  • We will refund you the delivery charges of exchanging due to product faulty from us, please keep the tracking number and postage receipts as proof of delivery.  Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your items are received, inspected and QC approved for exchanges. 
  • We will then dispatch the exchanged items and refund the delivery charges to you within 30 days after QC approval.   
  • International customs duties and sales tax will NOT be refunded for International shipments.

What is the process of return & exchanges?

  • Step 1: Fill your Return & Exchange form (Download here)

Complete the form and attach proof of purchase (Sales receipt).  Enclose them with the item(s) and return to Sabai-Arom within 14 days after received your order.

  • Step 2: Pack the products to send.

Pack the item(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. 

  • Step 3: Send the products.

We recommend that you ship with certified courier such as Thai Post, FedEx or DHL) with tracking numbers.  We will not be held liable for any damages, loss, or theft incurred during transport.
