Bulletwood Flower Pollen Extract

During the time of the early Rattanakosin Kingdom, the fourth traditional center of power in the history of Thailand, this mystically scented flower was believed to be the flower grown in the garden of divinity called Lord Indra. Thus, Bulletwood or ‘Pikul’ in Thai was widely used to worship Lord Buddha and other spirits. To This day it is still featured in the traditional Five-Pollen healing recipe.

The Bulletwood tree is a large, long-living well-formed tree and has extremely strong and deep red in color. Medically, Bulletwood bark is used in Thai traditional medicine by boiling with salt to heal toothache. We extracted Pikul flower for its hydrating benefit and featured in our products to make the Thai Five-Pollen recipe in a happy bottle.
