The Thais are generally slim. Bless the amount of hot chilli and pepper that go into our delicious local cuisine. It was proved a long time ago that eating hot chilli peppers helps the body to burn fat. The great news however is that chili (capsicum) extract was recently discovered to have a somewhat similar effect when applied to the skin! So we came up with a recipe of capsicum and other anti-cellulite botanicals to help you smooth and firm those unsightly jiggly bits.
